With Christmas coming along, you may feel you have to offer special discounts and gifts to your followers, but don’t feel the pressure! Here at New Media Angels, we have some other ideas up our sleeves to help you promote your business during this period, without having to lower your prices (unless you wish to).
1. Take some festive photos. If you have a team behind the scenes at your business, take festive photos to showcase the real people behind the company you run. This will help encourage a closer connection from the fans and your business. You can do the same with your products too!
2. Add a Facebook Shop. Facebook has made it even easier to use it’s business pages to sell from, so why not use this time of year to add some of your best sellers into your Facebook page using their shop function?
You can also now change the layout of your page to showcase this shop feature, go into your page, then click “manage tabs”, you will see a button called “templates” then select the shop template which will show off the shop sections most prominently.
No shop? No fret! There are also professional, gaming, political, venues, & restaurants and bars to choose from too.
3. Connect with your clients through email or direct mail. To thank your customers, why not connect with them with a festive newsletter, email, or our personal favourite, through a card? Reminding them about your business, and thanking them for being loyal clients this year.
